This Privacy Policy explains how Hyped Developments (Pty) Ltd (“Hyped Developments”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use Maze3D Rush.
Overview
Maze3D Rush is a game that can be played without creating an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or other profile information in order to play.
The game includes advertising and optional in-app purchases. Google Mobile Ads and Apple services may process limited information as described below in order to provide those services.
Game data stored on your device
The game stores gameplay information on your device, such as progress, settings, coins, lives, theme choices, and locally created mazes. If you enable device backup or synchronization services, your platform provider may handle that data under its own privacy policy.
Information collected through advertising services
Maze3D Rush uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner ads, rewarded ads that you choose to watch, and occasional interstitial ads between runs. Google and its service providers may collect or receive coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, crash data, and performance data. We use these services to provide advertising, measure ad performance, support app functionality, diagnose problems, help prevent fraud or abuse, and understand service performance. The current iOS release declares these data categories in App Store Connect as not linked to your identity.
Tracking and choices
The current iOS release does not request Apple’s permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. We do not use data collected through Maze3D Rush to track you across third-party apps or websites. Where required, we use Google’s consent tools to present privacy choices for advertising. You may also manage device-level advertising preferences in your device settings.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Hyped Developments does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy policy and terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google Mobile Ads for advertising, consent management, measurement, and diagnostics, and by Apple for app distribution, in-app purchases, and device platform services. See the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
Children’s privacy
Maze3D Rush is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so that we can review the request.
Data retention and security
Local game data remains on your device unless you remove the app or clear its data. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies and operational requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect the services we operate, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, its services, or data practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date.
