This Privacy Policy explains how Hyped Developments PTY LTD (“Hyped Developments”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in Maze3D Rush.

Maze3D Rush is designed to work without requiring an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or other personal information to play the game.
Game data
Progress, settings, and gameplay preferences may be stored locally on your device. If your operating system provides app synchronization or backup services and you enable them, that data may be handled by the platform provider under its own privacy policy.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Maze3D Rush does not sell personal information. We do not use the game to build advertising profiles or track you across third-party apps and websites.
Children’s privacy
Maze3D Rush is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party services
The app may be distributed through Apple services. Apple may process information as described in Apple’s own policies and terms. We do not receive personal information from Apple beyond what is needed to provide support or manage the app.
