When can I download it?
Pack the Chaos is coming soon to Apple/iOS and Android/Google Play. Download links will be added to the game page when it launches.
How do I win a round?
Pack every item inside the container, below the closing line, before the timer ends. Keep fragile objects safe. Drag to move an item and double-tap to rotate it. A failed round explains what went wrong. You can change the difficulty once in Settings; it applies to later levels too.
When do lives refill?
One life refills every 20 minutes, up to five lives. The game updates the balance when you return. When available, an optional rewarded video can provide an extra life.
Where is my progress saved?
Your progress stays on this device. There is no player account or cloud sync. Settings includes an option to export a backup. Resetting progress, uninstalling the app or clearing its data can remove your coins, collection and rooms. Keep any exported backup file safe.
Why is a rewarded video unavailable?
Videos depend on an internet connection, consent status and ad availability. You can retry loading ads from Settings. Rewards are granted after the advertising service confirms the video reward.
Help with an iOS purchase
Coin packs are optional consumable purchases processed by Apple. If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple’s approval. If you paid but did not receive coins, contact us before resetting or reinstalling. Include the purchase date and product name, but do not send your password or full payment-card details. Delivered coin packs cannot be restored after local progress is lost.
